Fed: Springborg all but concedes he cannot win

Queensland Nationals leader LAWRENCE SPRINGBORG has all but conceded he cannot win
today's state election.

The coalition holds just 15 seats in the 89-member Queensland Parliament and Mr SPRINGBORG
says realistically he's looking at 1997 as his chance for Premier.
